These guys are the best! I had a difficult project that had been abandoned and these guys were kind enough to not only take over the job but finish it in 3 days! I would highly recommend them for any of your boathouse or lift projects. You will not be disappointed because they do what they say when they say which is very appreciated by this very satisfied customer!

So glad we used TDM for our dock build! They did everything from the permit process to getting the project designed out in phases for us. They work QUICK too! Once we got through the TVA approval process the build only took a couple weeks to build. Would have been faster if it weren’t for the weather. It was a neat process to watch. We really love the decking too. 100% worth the extra cost over wood. Can’t wait to have them build out phase two for us with a slip and roof soon!

This will be the first of two reviews as I’m actually in the middle of a project with this team right now and I’ll post another once the job is complete. Being someone who is in the customer service business themselves I can’t say enough about what these guys do and how they go about their business. They’ve been exceptional throughout and are as friendly as you could ask for. From the first time I made contact with them the experience has been nothing short of plesant. They show up on time, on the date they say they are going to, and are quick to turnaround a quote/schedule. I’m not the easiest person to please and the work done to date is honestly even better than what I expected. It’s obvious the owners (Gabe, Daniel, and Joe) have made it their mission to provide a first class experience to their customers.

When we started the process of figuring out who to deal with in order to get a dock approved, designed and installed, I actually met with four different dock representatives from four different companies, face-to-face and talked with a few others by phone. From my very first meeting with Zane at our property through every single subsequent meeting with Daniel, Jansen and others at TN Dock Masters, I knew that this was the company and team that we were going to land with for this journey. From the start, they were friendly, genuine, down to earth, and they listened closely to our vision, not only for this dock but for our property and new home build. At no point did they attempt to “upsell” us, or push us to do more than what we wanted to do. They went way out of their way to help us to accommodate our needs and our plans. They were quick to find out information or to find solutions to challenges that cropped up. They are completely trustworthy, they do what they say they are going to do, and they take care of any issues in a timely manner. Great company to work with. They handled everything from obtaining TVA permit through completion of dock, including installing two boat lifts. Very impressed with their professionalism and second to none customer service. We highly recommend them.

Gabe and his team did a remarkable job on our pier. I cant express enough how thrilled we were with the finished product. Just stunning. Plus his team was very clean and left nothing to be cleaned up, craftsmanship was fantastic. I plan on adding some additional posts and will be calling Gabe again.
